ABOUT OUR MEMBERS
Our Membership has over 1,000 active women. Our Membership is currently live in Atlanta and Nashville, with more cities coming soon. 45% of our women are either self-employed or full-time with a side-hustle. 55% of our women are active in the Gang as a social member. Our Members are actively networking within the gang and frequently attending educational workshops and panels hosted by our team. We aim to encourage professional and personal development for all Members – which we hope will shine through in every aspect of their lives – including their careers.
On average, our Members are aged 23-40. Over 50% work in marketing, sales, PR, creative, or finance. Almost all of our Members have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher. The majority of our Members attended southern universities: University of Georgia, Auburn University, Georgia Southern University, Savannah College of Art and Design, University of Alabama to name a few. Over 80% of our Members are actively job hunting or open to a change. Our Members aim to make anywhere from $40k – $100k+.
